Number of students in classes D and E together over the entire period = [(24 + 7)% of 25000] + [(14 + 6)% of 30000] + [(23 + 6)% of 36000] + [(13 + 11)% of 43200] = 7750 + 6000 + 10440 + 10368 = 34558
