Handwritten Declaration for IBPS Clerk Recruitment

During the IBPS Clerk Apply Online process, candidates have to submit a handwritten declaration. It should be written on white paper with a black pen in a neat and legible handwriting. The content mentioned below has to be written in English.

"I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Clerk 2026

To apply for the IBPS Clerk Recruitment, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the IBPS. The eligibility conditions include nationality, age limit, and educational qualifications.

• A citizen of India, or
• A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of India.

3. Click on the New Registration button in the top right corner of the homepage to start the registration.
4. Fill in the basic details such as name, contact number, email ID, address, etc, to complete your application process, then click on the save and next button to move to the next section.
5. Upload the required handwritten declaration, your signature, and your photograph in the format as given by the IBPS. The photograph must be of passport size with a white background. Both the photograph and the signature must be clear and legible.
6. Enter your academic qualifications and professional details as required in the online application form. Once completed, click on the "Save & Next" button to proceed.
7. Carefully review your application form before final submission, as no further modifications will be allowed. After ensuring all details are correct, click on the "Save & Next" button.
8. Make the application fee payment using any of the available online payment methods, such as Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
