Step 1: Go to the home page of the official LIC website at licindia.in. There, you need to search for the "Careers" section that is located at the bottom of the home page, and then you need to click on the "Recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officers 2026" link.
Step 2: Aspirants have to click on the link that says “Click here for New Registration” . In order to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password via SMS and email, the applicants have to give all their contact details, including an email ID and a mobile number.

LIC AAO 2026 salary
As per the LIC AAO 2026 Notification, the LIC AAO Salary is expected to start at around ₹88,000-₹90,000 per month, in the scale of Rs. 88635- 4385(14)-150025– 4750(4) –169025. With other important allowances such as house rent, City Compensatory Allowance, travel, and petrol, the approximate salary of an AAO in an “A” class city would be Rs 1,26,000 per month.
The lic aao also receives additional benefits such as Defined Contributory Pension, Gratuity, LTC, Cash Medical Benefit, Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Group Insurance, Vehicle Loan (2-wheeler/4 wheeler) as per rules, meal coupon, reimbursement of cost of briefcase/leather bags, mobile handset, supply of dailies and magazines and tea/coffee, mobile expenses, etc
