IBPS Clerk Notification 2025
With the release of the IBPS Clerk Notification 2025 (CRP CSA-XV), 10277 vacancies for the post of Customer Service Associates (CSA) in different Public Sector Undertaking banks have been announced. IBPS Clerk Recruitment Online Application Process
- Go to the official website www.ibps.in
- Find the “Click for new registration” and start your registration process
- Click on the New Registration button on the top right corner of the homepage to start the registration.
- Fill in the basic details such as name, contact number, email ID, address, etc, to complete your application process, then click on the save and next button to move to the next section.
- Upload the required handwritten declaration, your signature, and your photograph in the format as given by the IBPS. The photograph must be of passport size with a white background. Both the photograph and the signature must be clear and legible.
- Enter your academic qualifications and professional details as required in the online application form. Once completed, click on the "Save & Next" button to proceed.
- Carefully review your application form before final submission, as no further modifications will be allowed. After ensuring all details are correct, click on the "Save & Next" button.
- Make the application fee payment using any of the available online payment methods, such as Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
- Click on the "Submit" button to successfully complete your application process.
- Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation from SBI containing your registration ID and password, which will be required for future logins.

Complete IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern
The IBPS Clerk recruitment is done through a systematic process where the candidate has to appear for 3 stages of evaluation. It includes two stages:
- Preliminary Exam
- Mains Exam
Both the Prelims and Mains exams are computer-based, objective exams. Prelims is of 100 marks, whereas Mains is of 200 marks.
The IBPS Clerk Prelims and IBPS Clerk Mains examinations follow a similar pattern, but they differ in difficulty level. The difficulty level of the Mains exam is higher than that of the Prelims exam.
The Mains exam also includes a General/Financial Awareness section, and Reasoning & Computer Aptitude are combined into one section. The pattern of both the IBPS Clerk Prelims and Mains exams is as follows:

IBPS Clerk Selection Process 2025
The IBPS Clerk Recruitment Process takes place in two stages
- Preliminary Examination
- Mains Examination
It is important to note that there is no interview round in the IBPS Clerk Recruitment. Candidates are required to clear the cut-off in both exams to secure the CSA position in one of the PSBs. 100% weightage is given to the Mains exam result.
IBPS Clerk Candidate Eligibility Requirement
To apply for the IBPS Clerk Recruitment, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the IBPS. The eligibility conditions include nationality, age limit, and educational qualifications.
The applicant must be(nationality):
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, intending to settle permanently, or
- A person of Indian origin (PIO) who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
Candidates other than Indian citizens must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
IBPS Clerk Age Limit
The age limit for IBPS Clerk Recruitment is 20 to 28 years. The candidates applying for the exam must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1997 and not later than 01.07.2005.

IBPS Clerk Educational Qualification 2025
Candidates applying for the IBPS Clerk Recruitment must meet the educational qualifications as on 21/08/2025
Essential Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of India.
- Candidate should be a graduate on or before the registration date, as they have to enter their graduation marks while applying.
- Candidate is required to have a basic working knowledge of computers. It is mandatory to either have a certificate/degree in computer operations or have IT/Computer Science as one of the subjects in college or school.
- Knowing how to read, write, and speak the official language of the state or UT that the candidate is applying for is preferable.
