OICL AO Employee Bond Policy 2026
Selected candidates must sign a Service Guarantee Bond before joining the official OICL AO post.
Service Commitment
1. Minimum Duration: 4 years in total.
2. Probation: Includes the mandatory 1-year probation period.
3. An early separation will have a penalty
4. An officer who resigns before the completion of the 4 years must pay the following penalties.
5. The entire gross salary earned as on that date will be refunded. A cost for training penalty of Rs. 40,000 will be paid by the officer.
6. Liquidated damages mean one year’s gross salary calculated from the pay scale for the year of probation. The exact number of months served; this amount may be reduced proportionately.
Execution of Bond.
1. The agreement must be properly executed on stamped paper.
2. The candidates must have two financial sureties (guarantors) of sound financial standing who are not blood relatives.
