As per the OICL AO 2026 Notification, the official application process will be held at https://orientalinsurance.org.in/. Aspirants should follow the step-by-step registration process to fill out the form correctly.


Step 1: OICL AO official Website Login

Visit the official website of Oriental Insurance Company, i.e., orientalinsurance.org.in and then scroll down to find the section named "Careers".


Step 2: Registration Online.

Tap on the “Direct Recruitment of Administrative Officer (Scale-I)” link. Then press the option “Click here for New Registration”. Fill in basic information such as name, phone number, email, etc. Next, a temporary registration number and password will be sent to your mobile number and email ID, respectively.


Step 3: Filling all the Required Details

Login to the portal using the Registration Number and password sent to your mobile number. After login, fill all the required personal details like qualifications, Marks obtained in each subject etc.


Step 4: Uploading Scanned Copies of Various Documents

Once you’ve checked and verified that everything entered on the screen is correct in all respects, click the “Final Submit” link.


Step 7: Pay the Fee

Once candidates submit, they will be automatically redirected to the payment gateway page. You can make the payment using your debit and credit cards, net banking accounts or the UPI option.


Step 8: Download Receipt and Print Application Form

Once a successful payment transaction is done, an e-receipt and a completed copy of your application form will be displayed on your screen. Save it for future reference.

OICL AO Employee Bond Policy 2026

Selected candidates must sign a Service Guarantee Bond before joining the official OICL AO post.


Service Commitment

1. Minimum Duration: 4 years in total.
2. Probation: Includes the mandatory 1-year probation period.
3. An early separation will have a penalty
4. An officer who resigns before the completion of the 4 years must pay the following penalties.
5. The entire gross salary earned as on that date will be refunded. A cost for training penalty of Rs. 40,000 will be paid by the officer.
6. Liquidated damages mean one year’s gross salary calculated from the pay scale for the year of probation. The exact number of months served; this amount may be reduced proportionately.

Execution of Bond.

1. The agreement must be properly executed on stamped paper.
2. The candidates must have two financial sureties (guarantors) of sound financial standing who are not blood relatives.
