OICL AO Annual Increment
The OICL AO salary increases every year through a structured annual increment system. After each year of service, your basic pay moves up by one increment stage in the pay scale.
For the first 14 years, each annual increment adds Rs. 2,500 to your basic pay. After that, for the next 4 years, each increment adds Rs. 2,710 per year. This means your basic pay grows consistently from Rs. 50,925 at joining till they start receiving a salary of Rs. 96,765 at the top of the scale.
