SSC GD Notification has been released on 1st December to appoint the General Duty Constables (GD) for the Central Armed Protection Forces (CAPF). The SSC GD Constable Syllabus consists of 4 subjects

SSC GD Constable 2026 Physical Efficiency Test Pattern

Along with the written test, candidates also have to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test, where they will have to finish a race within a time limit. The tables given below discuss the details of the test for both male and female candidates:
