We can solve this question just be observing the given bases. The maximum difference in either rise or fall across all the companies is 10 while the base with the least value is in the case of Company C. 

Therefore, it's clear that the fraction with the least value will be the largest one.

The production of tea of Company E in the year 2013 is approximately what per cent of the total production of Company C in all the given years?
